NVT Orchid Garden: A Villa Reimagined for a US-Based Family

When a family relocating from the United States reached out to us for their Bangalore villa interior design, we knew this project would showcase exactly what makes Inner Space different.

The family had already moved to Bangalore and was staying in a rented apartment while we transformed their new villa. They had shipped their cherished beds from the US – pieces that held memories and comfort from their American home. Rather than starting from scratch, we built the entire villa interior design in Bangalore around these meaningful pieces. This is what personalised design really means – honouring what you already love. Unlike typical villa projects that play it safe with neutrals, this family embraced bold choices. They wanted bright colours in their home and we incorporated them in wallpapers, cushions, upholstery – things that are easy to change if you want later.

The existing wardrobes in the villa were structurally sound but visually disconnected. Instead of replacement (which many firms would push), we refinished and updated them to seamlessly match the new design language. This saved the family lakhs while maintaining quality – money better spent on the beautiful custom pieces they’d actually notice daily. This project embodies everything we stand for:
