Every project follows four stages:

1. Listen — We meet at your space, walk through it together, and listen for what isn’t in the brief. The conversation always lasts longer than the walkthrough.

2. Design — We translate everything we heard into detailed drawings, material selections, and a complete material and cost breakdown — reviewed and signed off by you before anything moves forward.

3. Build — Our teams execute the complete project. You get regular updates, site visits are always welcome, and Aanchal or Yogesh is checking in throughout.

4. Hand Over — We do a walkthrough together, snag everything on the spot, and hand over a space that’s ready to live in — not just ready to photograph.

Most of our turnkey homes take between 10 and 18 weeks from approved design to handover. Smaller refresh projects often complete in 4–6 weeks. We share a clear project schedule before any work begins, and we’re known for handing over earlier than the promised date.

Yes — for design consultation projects, we work with clients across India and overseas. We’ve even completed a project in New Jersey, USA! For turnkey execution, we currently operate physically in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Goa.

Our turnkey interiors start around Rs. 10 lakh for a compact 2BHK. Most projects sit in the Rs. 20-60 lakhs range. We share an itemised estimate after the first walkthrough, and there are no surprise costs mid-project.

Absolutely — it’s one of our most popular services. We design rental spaces with both occupancy and brand experience in mind.

The earlier, the better. Bringing us in at the planning or construction stage — before walls and electrical points are finalised — saves real money on later changes and lets the design shape the layout, not the other way around. That said, we’ve also stepped into projects mid-construction and even post-possession. It’s never too late to start.

A makeover is a targeted refresh — new furniture layout, updated finishes, better lighting — without a full rebuild. It’s the right call when the bones of your home are fine but it no longer feels like it fits how you live now.

Yes — new lighting, reupholstering existing furniture, changing window treatments, and refinishing rather than replacing joinery go a long way. We’ll always tell you where spending more actually matters and where it doesn’t.

Yes. Structural changes, layout reworks, full gut renovations — we handle the design and coordinate the execution end to end.
